The chicks are ready to move into their big coop – well, truth be told, we are ready to for them to move out of the house. The big move happened this morning with minimal trauma.
They found their food and water without a problem as well as the roost under the heat lamp. There was so much competition for the spot right under the lamp that we moved things around so the lamp was away from the roost and there was enough room for everyone to sleep.
