There are always things to do around the farm, even on rainy days. Last week we decided that it was time to plan some seeds. Our dining table has become our newest greenhouse. Already things are sprouting – radishes, lettuce and beans. (We’ll just have to remember which beans are bush and which are pole when they are transferred to the garden beds.) The peppers and tomatoes are taking a little longer but that’s fine as we don’t yet have anywhere for them to go. I should look into making an app that tells you what to plant where and when based on your growing zone.
